What’s included with meeting room rentals?
All Confluence meeting spaces include:

Bookings outside regular office hours include an access code for both the front and back doors (perfect for evening events or when catering is required).
If you rent the kitchen, you’ll also have access to:

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or coworking members?
Yes! Non-profit organizations and our coworking members receive a 10% discount on all bookings. (This discount does not apply to GST.)
Can I arrange catering for my event?
Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in any external catering company.

We’ll provide your caterer with a unique access code for the back door (direct kitchen access).

All catering set-up and clean-up time must be included within your booked hours.

Caterers are responsible for leaving the kitchen exactly as they found it (this includes washing dishes, removing all trash/food waste, and wiping down surfaces).

What is your cancellation policy?

A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date (50% deposit required for full-day bookings of the Mercer Celgar Board Room or the WKG Visitor Centre and remaining 50% due 30 days before the event).

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event date receive a full refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
We’re happy to reschedule your booking (subject to availability) if plans change!
What are your rental hours?
You can book our spaces any day, any time – including evenings, weekends, and holidays!

Bookings are processed Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

For bookings outside regular office hours, you’ll receive a unique access code for the front door (and back door if needed).
Just let us know your preferred date and time and we’ll make it work!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-transfer, debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), cheque, or cash.
